How To Recover Hair In The Back Of Head?

iam 24 year old and i have start losing my hair since 3 year's ago and when i went to a specialist doctor he told me that my hair need zink...so i've start taking zink tablets and it did work good except the back of my head it's still hairless

i wonder if there is a possible way to recover my hair in the back of my head??
