How To Redness On The Face?

Respected Sir I suffer from skin problems on portion of face it is on nose cheeks and eye brows It is generally red. Red ness increases with cold and blowing air. some times i feel scratching with change of temperature . their are also craks on ch eeks and nose after application of steriod creams
