How To Reduce ESR Level In Blood?

Hi Doctor I have right ankle swelling so my doctor advised me to take blood test,in that I m shocked to see my ESR 1 hr is 60 and Creatinine is 0.80 which is normal.This is the first time I m hearing about this ESR,I m just 33 years old female,please advice how to reduce it .Do I need additional test.
