How To Reduce Back, Neck And Shoulder Pain?

I m 26 and get a lot of back and shoulder/neck pain. I m going back to University soon and wondering if a backpack on both shoulders with a waist strap is better, or if a rolling backpack would be best. I m worried about the twisting of my back to reach back and pull the rolling backpack
