Hi Dr, I am an African American I have very dark places under my chin where i have plucked my chin for years with tweezers can you recommend the strongest bleaching agent with the quickest result time, i am getting married in a few months and this is so embarrasing and would like to get this resolved i have used coverups but i don't want my new husband to see this part me.
