How To Reduce Foot Pain?

I have been having pain in my right foot (woke up that way) I was taking idomethicin?? because I was previously detected as having gout. My foot seemed to be getting better but when I walked on it, it would then swell and was painful around my ankle. I was then prescribed colchicine. I stopped taking the idomethicin for 3 days and started taking the colchicine for the past 2 days. It s better but still a bit achy and I feel nassus and diaherra. Please advise
