How To Reduce Headache?

HI there I was pulling out deadly night shade yesterday and got lots of sap on my hands, last night I got a bad head ache and felt poor I had 2 nightmears and woke feeling disorientated and had a couple of hulucinations today I still have a headache and my head feals a bit fuzzy what shall I do!
