How To Reduce Irritation In The Mole On Scrotum?

I am 6'3 and 275lbs in good overall health and have a small hanging mole on the scrotum. the washing this mole all of a sudden is now irritated. I noticed a small new mole is growing next to the existing mole. what can I do about the irritation? tea tree oil, meds, etc.?
