How To Reduce Itching All Over The Body While Having Type2 Diabetes?

Hi, In this cold (for Florida) weather, and any time we have low humidity, my skin itches and is driving me batty. I use lotions, sometimes bath in Keri oil bath, but they don t last long. I am a Type 2 diabetic, and that may be a factor. What is the best way to ease this itchy problem?
