How To Reduce Itching And Swelling In Penis After A Mosquito Bite?

A couple of nights ago I believe a mosquito bit my penis numerous times strangely. Its red, a little swollen, and it itches like crazy when it comes to contact with my clothes especially when I'm asleep. I have scratched it quite a few times that's why I think it's become so sensitive. Can I take an antihistamine or something similar that can heal this?
