How To Reduce Itching On Thighs While Having Fungal Infection?

I have a fungal infection on my thighs..i have tried so many medicines but didn t effect anything..please tell me how to remove itching on it because I felt so much itchy at night specially I can t even sleep avil 25 helps me but only for some hour or a day is there any course of taking avil 25??
