How To Reduce Pain Across Shoulder Radiating To Neck And Elbow?

My doctor thinks i may have a rotary cuff injury or bursitis, im due for an xray and ultrasound in two weeks but is there anything i can do in the meantime? The pain is going across my shoulder, up my neck and down my elbow and into my fingers, its also making me feel sick
