How To Reduce Pain In Lower Back Radiating Towards Foot?

Dear Sir, I have anxiety since tow years and i am taking zyven od plus 50 daily at night. now i have sever pain in my left lower back as well but and upto foot . my mri repot is normal there is no bulging or herniated disc. my ortho padics told me to consirn with sci critics. I observe that whnever i consuming this tablet my pain is increaesd. Can you help me for this
