How To Reduce Swelling And Pain On Left Side Of Buttocks As I Fall Off?

I am turning fifty next week. I took a very hard fall off the deck of my pool yesterday. Fell hard. bruised buttock's on left side very bad. Swollen,and very painful. I can still walk. I have taken many falls that land me in this area. Should I go see my doctor?
