How To Reduce Tanning Of Skin?

Hi sir I'm 22. I've a problem of getting tanned very fast. There's a lot discoloration in my body parts due to excessive sun exposure. I used betnovate c suggested by my mom. But it cause pimples. Please suggest me any medicated cream to get rid of it.thank you.
