How To Reduce The Haemoglobin Levels?

I have CLL, high red hemoglobin and I am now diabetic. I'm 73 years old and in fairly good health just slowing down. how do I get my hemoglobin down. my bone marrow test was25% for my cancer test. I don't understand what this means or what I should do about it. Can you give me any help?
