How To Reduce Tingling And Burning Pain In Foot?

I am experiencing burning, numbness, and tingling and shooting pains in my left foot. I recently had an epidural in 12/12/14 and also had to be rushed to emergency C-section. I was told that I may have sciatic nerve damage however, I am in constant pain. What can I do to relieve myself of this pain?
