How To Reduce Tingling With Pins And Needles On Tongue And Chin?

The blisters from my Shingles have cleared up, but I still have tingling and pins and needles on my tongue and chin. This has been going on for over 1 1/2 months. How can I get any relief? Also, the Shingles was in my ear and now I don t seem to hear very well in that ear. Is it possible that I may have lost part of my hearing, and if so, can it be permanent?
