How To Reduce Weight And Spots On Face/chest While Having Cervicitis?

Due to irregular bleeding I was put on several different pills last year. I also suffered from migraines. In the end last august my gp took me off the pill and my gynae diagnosed me with cervicitis. My problem now is I have gained a stone in weight and I have several spots on my face back and chest. Is there anything I can do to resolve these issues.
