How To Reduce White Patches On Leg/chest/back?

Hi,

I am 40 yrs old male, 5' 4" height. I have got few white patches on my leg, chest & back. I have it for past 1 year. My eyebrow hair is also growing grey. Doctor has prescribed topclort ointment to be applied at night expose to sun in the morning wash & then apply olmis forte. no difference found in the patches. in fact the patch on the leg has become more bright. I am very much concerned. please help
