How To Regain Sense Of Smell?

Hello - Three months ago a fell down a flight of stairs and fractured my skull, which included bleeding and swelling. As a result I lost my sense of smell and now I seem to smell an awful order. Is there a treatment for the loss of smell and the bad smell? Thank you.
