How To Regularize Delayed Periods?

Hi I jus need to know if I can take disprin and coke to get my period coz my period is late and I think I am pregnant and I am not ready to have a baby just yet so are there any suggestions for me to get my period asap without going to the doctor or clininc?help urgently please
