How To Regularize Periods?

resp. sir,

I am 41 yrs old i had my periof on sept 8 ,by oct 15th and 20th oct i took preg.test result was negative, on 20th oct i took medicines to get periods i got on 30th.therafter on 28th nov. i got scanty drops result was neagtive. on 4th jan i took medicines to get periods on 14th i got my periods.now sir till today being 58 days passed my preg.test negative i have no periods, as well as my inlaws don't prefer for iui nor ivf. what shall i do to get regular periods. i have avery hectic life. period to get child is very less.pls help me
