How To Regularize Periods?

There is a problem of my wife. She is unable to pregnent since last 5 years. Her main problem is in normal Periods. Till now all the doctors have prescribed various medicines and injections also, such as "HUMOG 75". Already we have done verious blood tests and HSV also. Doctors said that the Felapen Tube is ok. Now the doctor has sugested to do the LEPAROSCOPY.I request you to sugested us what we have to do now?
