How To Regulate Periods?

hello my name is aman and i am concerned about my periods... i am 100% virgin but still..... it lasts whem i was in india in november and after i came here in canada i missed them.. and one thing more i want to add some thing watering is flowing all the time.. and please tell me what i have to do as i eat a lot
