How To Relieve Motion Sickness And Headaches With Nausea?

Yes, thank you for taking my questions. I am experiencing headaches with nausea when I have to move suddenly. It is the feeling of car sickness. I have seen an ENT doctor one time. I was given exercises to do but I became very nauseated the first time. I didn't throw up but had to stop and not move for about and hour. I still feel yucky. Do you have any suggestions on what I can do to aleviate the motion sickness.
