How To Relieve Pain In Neck And Shoulder With Headache?

i have woken up with pain in my neck and right shoulder blade, the pain is constant and like a deep ache/throbbing and when i move the pain is very intense in my shoulder blade and neck, like a shooting, stabbing pain. i also have some pain in my chest. central to right handside. and i have a headache.
