How To Relieve Swelling And Pain In Ankles, Knees And Wrists?

Sir from last one and a half month both my wrists,

anckles and knees are swelled and its very painfull all the time. I am unable to stand up properly and walk properly. During night my both hands got dead...i have lots o pain killers but no use..pls help me
