How To Remove A Mole On The Inner Thigh?

hi have a mole on my inner thy and its seems to eb slightly bigger then b4 does push up above the other skin (only 4 of my other moles do that) and its been sore aching stinging for a few days i never noticed this b4 so i am rather worried i dont know if they hurt for no reaosn sometiems
