How To Remove Abscess Formed Near Anus After Undergoing Sphinctetomy And Hemorrhoidectomy?

I have undergone sphinctetomy and hemorrhoidectomy 2 weeks back..After the surgery an abscess is formed near the anus which is causing discomfort while sitting. I have taken many anti biotics and injections also. It is been 2 weeks im taking medicines..But dont see any recovery..Please suggest
