How To Remove Big Red Blob On Chin With Whiteheads?

I have had a spot on my chin now for about a month. It started off as some pimples which I thought were from the stress of school but they have not gone away. It now looks like a big red blob on my chin with about three whiteheads in the middle and more forming around it. I have tried terminator cream, apple cider vinegar, raw egg whites, and loreal face wash to get rid of it and nothing has helped. What should I do??
