How To Remove Black Spots In Face?

Sir,I was caught fire during chemical reaction ( ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL, TOLUENE and other active ingradients). Burning %was 25%. after discharged from the hospital after 1 month, there are some light black spots in my face. How these can be removed? Doctor suggested to use coconut oil.But it takes more time.It is about 2 months,the accident occurred.Plz. suggest me what to do.
