How To Remove Blackheads On Face?

Hello, I have little white bumps on my handsand arms, i have spots on my face that seemed to be blackheads but when squeezed blood and puss come out, my hands and arms are itchy and are burning. The bumps on my hands and arms, when squeezed, only air comes out. These bumps and blackheads appeared overnight. Do you have any idea what this is and how to get rid of it?
