How To Remove Bumpy Rash Next To Eye?

I have a single bump rash that itches next to my eye. I have put an antifungle cream on it, which stopped the itch, but it hasn't gone away. It has a tail or line it grows in. Make up remover for the eye also stopped the itch for about an hour or so.
