How To Remove Fluid In Ears?

Hello Doctor,My mother is having a problem in her ear for around a year now. She also experiences a fluid in her ear very often. She also talks about her head reeling sometimes in when night when she gets up from bed. I have consulted a doctor and he says that her ear needs to be operated.Regards,Mayank
