How To Remove Garlic Smell Coming From Hand?

hello i have a question the last couple months i have a garlic smell on my hands that comes and goes. i have not ate garlic in a while and i also get a metallic breath also. i have tried to find something online but nothing is helpfull. just woundering if maybe you could give me a little info about it
