How To Remove Hanging Moles On My Neck?

I have one or two 'hanging' moles on my neck, near my hair line. The last time I had my hair cut, the hairdresses inadvertently cut one of the moles. It bled and a scab formed. I am wondering whether to ask to have these removed so this doesn't happen again. I now catch them and they bled. Which is a nuisance more than anything else.
