How To Remove Itchy Patch On Soles And Palms?

Hi I had itchy patch on my right foot which started about 10 years ago. I have been seeing skin doctors who prescribed me creams like Lamisil and Clobetasol. Nothing helped and now it has increased. Now I am having itch in my palms and my feet soles specially around the initial patch. I am getting worried. Can you please help?
