How To Remove Kidney Stone?

Hello guys, my right & left kidney contained a 3mm and 5mm, echogenic focus, each within a dilated calyx at the upper and mid pole. Kidney size are normal, each demonstration normal cortical echogenicity. Gall bladder, pancreas, bile ducts and spleen appear normal. Can the 3 & 5 mm stone be remove & what can I used.
