How To Remove Meth From The Body?

Hi one of my friends did a lil.meth 2 days ago and threw up blood last night he cant go to the doc.
How can he remove it from his system.
I have advised him to drink lots of water and if possible have coconut water. To keep himself hydrated.
Please advise
