please give me the best advise truthfully.i am determined to take my iud out mirena by myself i dont have a doctor anymore and planned parenthood dosent accept medicare.im on ssi low income and was wondering truthfully if you can tell me the best way i could do it(directions/advise/cautions) i really appriciate it thank you sooo much
