How To Remove Numbness And Swelling From Cheek After Hitting Softball?

Hello, I am a 15 year old girl and at softball tryouts yesterday I got hit in the cheek with a softball coming at least 65 miles per hour. When I got hit my cheek became numb and swollen and I couldn't touch it, smile, laugh or squint. Now today, it's not as swollen as yesterday, but it hurts worse and I can't talk, touch it, smile, laugh or squint. Should I go see a doctor to see if it's broken?
