How To Remove Pimples And Spots On Cheeks And Forehead?

I m 30.My cheecks itches specially after applying something like cream or coconut oil. Some small pimple likes have started in cheeks n forhead (not pimples). And i see my skin is not clear anymore.it doesnt glow and looks dirty with spots. Earlier i had a very glowing skin. This has started few weeks back. I m very upset please help.
