How To Remove Recurrent Gallstones?

I am 34 and had 2 kids in the last two years. After delivering my second child I had two gallstone attacks (3 weeks postpartum and 2 months postpartum) and nothing for the last 3 months, even though i have not changed anything about my diet. I would like more kids and that worries me with this gallstone issue as it seems related to pregnancy hormones but to me an attack every three months (maybe) seems like too little to have an organ removed? Any advice
