How To Remove Recurring Moles Permanently?

Hello sir, Iam a 20 year old girl and i wanted to know about the mole recurration,i had 2 times laser treatment for moles, but even after removing the moles it recurred on my face after 2 days of laser treatment both the times. i asked doctor she was helpless for it. and my mole was flat and small in size. now after the treatment it became larger in size. can u help me what can i do for complete removal without scars.
