How To Remove Red Mark On Cheek Of A Baby?

hello my 4mth old son has a red cheek from grabbing my tea bottle that was fresh out the freezer, I went into the kitchen and left my tea bottle near him and he got a hold of it, I was only gone a few seconds and rushed to him as he was crying, he had the tea bottle rubbed up against his face which caused a red mark on his cheek, can you tell me is something wrong because he still has it but its not bothering him at all, should I do something about it?
