How To Remove Red Patches On Sides Of Mouth And Around Lower Lip?

I'm seeing two tiny red blothces/patches on the side of my mouth and under the lower lip, one is like a tiny vertical line and the other on the side is like a small circular blotch of light red. I think it came after shaving, perhaps a hard/old razor? What can i put to make them vanish?
