How To Remove Red Pimples From Face?

I have visited my dermatologist twice for a few little red pimple like dots with a little white dot in the center. He just used the silver liquid to burn them off. One came back and he burnt it some more and it's coming back. I have 3 to 5 more on my face starting to appear so I'm now worried. What is this and how I treat this? I don't want to have to get more liquid silver which burns my skin and leaves somewhat of a pink scar
