How To Remove Red Spot On Back?

I noticed yesterday that my four year old has some red spots that look like the beginning of bruises on his back. There are about 5 of them, in a cluster. Today I noticed 2 more at the top of his bottom, where his underwear line is. He says they don't hurt or itch. He doesn't have excema or any thing else, that I know of.
