How To Remove Red Swollen Spots Filled With Pus On Legs?

Hi I have been getting for a couple months now red tiny zit like spots on my legs that turn in to puss filled sores that wont go away they are red a swollen and scab full of puss they leave scars I get them all over my legs and but I take ridalin for ADD that's the only medication I'm on I really want them to go away they are embarrassing.
